My Community

The community I feel like I means the most to me and has taught me so much, is my church community. My church community has been there since I was born and they helped shape me into the man I am today. My church is like my second family I have grown up with them and I looked up to them when I was growing up, the same way the younger kids look up to me now. I have Uncles, Aunties, Cousins, God Brothers, and God Sisters and we treat eachother as such. We yell at eachother, argue, talk about eachother, take care of eachother if we need it and we still will fight for eachother and love eachother like a family. What holds us together is the bond we share and not just anyone can just become apart of our community this is a connection that takes years to build and it will transcend time. There are disadvantages to being apart of this circle of family as well, just of the drama that goes on sometimes can be a little too much but aside from that there aren't too many problems I have. The success of my community is the variety of generations of people that all take part in church and all try to make sure that the respective groups we participate with at church run smoothly. Also if I am ever going through problems or issues I can always talk to them and god and they will give me the physical and emotional adivce I need and God will give me the spiritual advice I need. So this is my community and I wouldnt change them for the world.
